- 1 tbsp. (about 170 g) semisweet chocolate granules
- 8 slices of marshmallows
Hot chocolate
- 6 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk with vanilla flavor or 6 Art. whole milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 340 g broken into pieces of white chocolate
- 1 tbsp. l agave syrup
- Additional devices: 8 sticks for candies or ice cream 15 cm long

Recipe preparation:
- For spoons: Cover a small baking sheet parchment paper. Put the chocolate in a small bowl and put it in a steam bath. Heat, stirring while chocolate does not melt, and the mixture does not become homogeneous. In every bite marshmallows insert the wand. Dip the marshmallows in chocolate, give drain the excess back into the bowl. Put on prepared baking sheet and refrigerate until solid, for 20 minutes.
- For hot chocolate: Mix almond milk, cinnamon and nutmeg in a 5 liter pan. On moderately strong bring to a boil in a fire (but do not boil). Remove the pan from the heat and add white chocolate and agave syrup. Stir until chocolate does not melt, and the mixture does not become homogeneous, 2 min. Hold drink on low heat warm.
- Pour hot chocolate into cups and serve with “spoons” from marshmallows.
