  • white cabbage – 1 kg;

Cooking method

First you need to cook all the products and make sure that everything enough in the right amount. Cabbage is chopped quite finely, and peppers are also chopped. Carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater, you can use a tool for making Korean carrots. Garlic is squeezed out last. After that, dress ordinary medical gloves (especially if there are cuts or wounds on the hands) and the whole mixture is carefully choked by hand.
