- 1 red sweet apple, core and chop cubes
- 1 tbsp. black grapes, without seeds (raisins), cut in half
- 1/2 tbsp. pecans, fry, and chop coarsely
- 1/2 tbsp. greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
- 1 tsp honey

- 1 celery root, peel, cut into strips

Recipe preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix the turkey, celery, celery leaves, apple, grapes and pecans. Stir in a small bowl yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and salt. Put celery root in small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of dressing, and mix. Add pepper the remaining salad dressing, pepper and mix.
