Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. diced ready-made turkey meat
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into slices
  • 1/2 tbsp. coarsely chopped celery leaves, plus a few leaves for decoration
  • 1 red sweet apple, core and chop cubes
  • 1 tbsp. black grapes, without seeds (raisins), cut in half
  • 1/2 tbsp. pecans, fry, and chop coarsely
  • 1/2 tbsp. greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 celery root, peel, cut into strips
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the turkey, celery, celery leaves, apple, grapes and pecans. Stir in a small bowl yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and salt. Put celery root in small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of dressing, and mix. Add pepper the remaining salad dressing, pepper and mix.
  2. Arrange celery root on portioned plates, top put out the salad, and garnish with celery leaves.
