Volcanic punch

Volcanic punch – a detailed recipe for cooking. 18 + Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health! Photo Volcanic Punch Time:20 minutes. Difficulty: medium. Quantity: 3.5 l. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine
  • 4 tbsp. cranberry juice
  • 2 l orange juice
  • 2 l softened orange sorbet
  • Vodka (optional)
  • Fruit for decoration
  • 7 kg dry ice slices

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour sparkling wine into a large punch bowl. Add cranberry and orange juices. Lay out the orange sorbet to it spread evenly over the surface. If you want to reduce or increase the alcohol content in the punch, add vodka or clean sparkling water, respectively. To create smoke throw pieces of dry ice in a bowl, but remember that you can’t put dry ice in the mouth. Pour into glasses.
