Sandwiches
- 900 gr. minced pork
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 large, diced 0.5 cm. Onion head (about 2 tbsp.)
- 1 tbsp. l with top peeled and finely grated ginger
- 8 minced cloves of garlic
- 2/3 Art. chicken broth
- 1/2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 6 buns for sub sandwiches (20 cm long)
- 2 halved and thinly sliced jalapenos
- 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped salted, roasted peanuts
Pickled vegetables
- 2 tbsp. table vinegar
- 3 tbsp. l Sahara
- 2 tbsp. l coarse salt
- 2 tbsp. chopped daikon into thin strips (cut into strips or use a vegetable cutter)
- 1 tbsp. chopped thin carrots

Recipe preparation:
