Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 large eggs
- 4 frozen vegetarian soy cutlets
- 1/2 tbsp. Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 small clove of garlic, grate finely
- 1/4 tsp hot paprika
- Salt
- 4 tbsp. young arugula
- 1/2 tbsp. canned fried red bell peppers, cut into slices
- 1 small cucumber, cut into thin slices
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed dried mint
- 1/4 Art. crumbled feta cheese
- 4 pits with bran, fry
- Pickles, served (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- Put eggs in a small saucepan, pour about 2.5 cm. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 min. Cover cover, remove from stove and let stand for 12 minutes. Cool the eggs under cold water, then peel and cut into slices.
- Cook veggie cutlets in the manner indicated in the instructions on the package. Stir yogurt in a small bowl, garlic, paprika, 2 tbsp. l water, add salt to taste. In big mix arugula, fried red pepper, cucumbers, olive oil, mint, feta cheese, add salt to taste.
- Cut 2.5 cm from the top of each pita, open formed pocket and put inside the cut upper parts, in order to strengthen the bottom. Stuff each pita veggie cutlets, some salad with arugula and several sliced eggs. Drizzle with yogurt sauce. Serve Vegetarian Arabic burgers with pickles.
