Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr peeled and washed vegetable physalis
- 1 small white onion, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 serrano chili pepper, without stem and cut lengthwise into two parts
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 0.5 small bunch of cilantro, separately leaves and delicate stalks
- 1 lime juice

Recipe preparation:
- Add physalis, onion, serrano chili (along with seeds), garlic, cilantro stems and 1 tsp. salt in a medium-sized pot.
