Recipe preparation:

  1. Singe physalis over an open flame, for 5 minutes, until the husk will not be charred. Cool, then peel. To place into physalis blender, add chili pepper, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic and olive oil. Grind to puree, dilute a little water and salt to taste.
