Universal dry marinade – a detailed recipe cooking. Time: 5 мин. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. l smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp. l ground coriander
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, coriander, celery salt, cayenne pepper and cinnamon. Rub dry marinade chicken, beef, pork or fish.
- Use seasoning immediately, or pour in airtight container and store in a dark, dry place. Exit: 1/4 tbsp.
