Universal dry marinade

Universal dry marinade – a detailed recipe cooking. Photo Universal dry marinade Time: 5 мин. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. l smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp. l ground coriander
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, coriander, celery salt, cayenne pepper and cinnamon. Rub dry marinade chicken, beef, pork or fish.
  2. Use seasoning immediately, or pour in airtight container and store in a dark, dry place. Exit: 1/4 tbsp.
