Recipe preparation:
- Boil the noodles in salted water, drain the water and mix with 1 Art. l vegetable oil.
- Mix lime juice and 2 tsp in a small bowl. sauce teriyaki.
- Grind chili peppers, ginger and zest in a food processor lime.
- Heat in a large pan the remaining 1 tbsp. l vegetable oils. Add onions and fry, stirring, until soft, 5 min. Add ginger mixture and fry for another 1 min. Add sweet peppers and continue to fry, stirring, for another 3 minutes. Add turkey mince and the remaining 2 tsp teriyaki sauce. Cook, stirring until until the meat is cooked, about 5 minutes more.
