  • 450 gr minced turkey
  • 1/4 Art. chopped unsalted cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or mint
  • 2 heads of romaine lettuce, sorted into leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil the noodles in salted water, drain the water and mix with 1 Art. l vegetable oil.
  2. Mix lime juice and 2 tsp in a small bowl. sauce teriyaki.
  3. Grind chili peppers, ginger and zest in a food processor lime.
  4. Heat in a large pan the remaining 1 tbsp. l vegetable oils. Add onions and fry, stirring, until soft, 5 min. Add ginger mixture and fry for another 1 min. Add sweet peppers and continue to fry, stirring, for another 3 minutes. Add turkey mince and the remaining 2 tsp teriyaki sauce. Cook, stirring until until the meat is cooked, about 5 minutes more.
  5. Remove the pan from the stove, add a mixture of lime juice, cashew nuts and greens, mix. Put noodles and meat on lettuce leaves turkey with vegetables. Serve with lime wedges.
