  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise and optionally for buns
  • 1/4 Art. Coarsely chopped mango chutney
  • 3 tbsp. shredded white cabbage
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • Rapeseed oil, for frying
  • 4 buns or challah cut in half on the side

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to moderate heat. Вbowl mix turkey mince, seasoning jerk, apple, panko and 1/4 Art. green onions; salt and pepper. Form 4 Cutlets 2.5 cm thick and make a small indentation with your thumb in in the middle of each cutlet to prevent it from bloating on grilling. Put in the refrigerator.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and mango chutney. Add cabbage, carrots and the remaining 1/4 tbsp. green onions salt, pepper and mix everything.
  3. Grease the grill with rapeseed oil. Roast turkey cutlets on grill until cooked, 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Lubricate the slices of buns with mayonnaise and sprinkle seasoning with jerk. Grill them for about 30 seconds. Put on buns cutlets and cabbage and serve.
