Tropical Margarita with Mango

Ingredients for the recipe:

Mango mix

  • 600 gr fresh mango fruit
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 0.5 tbsp. Sahara
  • Gray salt

Cocktail

  • 3 tbsp. ice
  • 1.5 tbsp. mango mix
  • 120 ml. tequila
  • 60 ml. triple sec orange liquor
  • Lime slices
  • Peppermint salt, recipe attached

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cocktail Margarita:

    Peel the mangoes and remove the seeds, then chop them into big pieces. Put a mango in a blender bowl, pour water and pour in sugar, add a pinch of salt. Grind until smooth textures. Try and add sugar to taste.

  2. Put ice in the blender and add the mango mix, tequila and triple sec. Mix until smooth. Wipe the edges of the glass under Margarita with a slice of lime and dip in mint salt to coat it bezel. Fill a glass with a cocktail and enjoy!
  3. Peppermint Salt:

    • 1 tbsp. mint leaves
    • 1 tbsp. gray or coarse sea salt
