Any snack is more fun if it is strung on a skewer. Special children will be happy with such a snack, because interesting kebabs can be cook even for a children’s lunch box. Main ingredient of this snacks – tortelloni pasta with cheese (or smaller tortellini), similar to dumplings. Put on each wooden skewer boiled tortelloni, add a ball of mozzarella boccini, olive and grape tomato. Tasty and healthy snack filled with vibrant Mediterranean flavors. Serve kebabs with pesto or marinara dipping at home party, or put in lunch box, after cutting off the sharp tips skewers. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 110 gr. tortellini or tortelloni with cheese
- 1 tbsp. l red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 Art. grape tomatoes
- 1/4 Art. pitted medium black olives
- 0.5 tbsp. boccini mozzarella balls cut in half or into 4 parts
- Wooden skewers
- Marinara or pesto dipping sauce (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- Boil the paste in accordance with the instructions on the package. Drain water and rinse the paste under cold water so that it stops to cook.
- Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, mix vinegar, olive butter and crushed garlic. Salt and pepper to taste and mix with tomatoes, olives, cheese and cooked pasta. Put all the ingredients on the skewers in any order. Put the sauce marinara or pesto in a sealed container. Pack in lunch box with ice and send to school.
