Recipe preparation:

  1. Dip the top of the cupcake in a dark yellow icing to completely cover it. Allow the excess to drain back into the bowl. Erase excess glaze on the sides of the cupcake. Or apply icing with a knife and distribute. If necessary, beat the icing so that it is glossy and uniform when applied.
  2. Put two almond dragees on a cupcake to make ears. Put just below 2 pink dragees to make eyes. Put 1 marmalade candy under the eyes. It will be a nose. Chop red licorice rope and put 3 pieces on both sides of nose to make a mustache.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Fold the paper in 2 metal molds for 12 cupcakes. To keep cupcakes from sticking, when they rise, lightly sprinkle the upper parts of the culinary forms spray. Place the molds on a baking sheet.
  4. Vanilla Cupcakes: In a food processor, whisk sugar with butter, scraping the mixture from the walls as needed bowl until creamy mass, 1-2 minutes. Add one at a time eggs and yolks, whisking well after each addition. Add milk, water and vanilla and whisk again.
  5. In a medium-sized bowl, mix both types of flour, baking powder and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter in 3 passes, whisking and scraping dough from the walls of the bowl after each additions. Knead a homogeneous dough, similar in consistency to dough for pancakes, about 2 minutes.
  6. Spread the dough evenly over the prepared tins, filling them in three quarters. Bake until cupcakes browned, and will not spring when pressed lightly, 18-25 minutes. Cool a little without removing from the molds, then put on a wire rack and cool completely before applying glaze.
  7. Base glaze: into the bowl of the mixer with a spatula nozzle sprinkle with icing sugar. Whisking at minimum speed, slowly add water, corn syrup and vanilla extract. When the powder sufficiently moistened (and will not fly out of the bowl when whisking), increase the speed to maximum and beat for 2 minutes, until it will not become glossy and uniform.
  8. Divide the icing and tint in the desired colors. Store at room temperature by putting a plastic film directly on the icing so that it does not crust.
  9. Blue glaze: mix 2-3 drops in a small bowl blue food coloring for 1 tbsp. base glaze. Dark yellow glaze: in a small bowl, mix 4-5 drops of yellow food coloring 1 tbsp. base glaze. Purple glaze: in a small bowl, mix 4 drops of red and 5 drops blue food coloring for 1 tbsp. base glaze.
