Tonic Orange Currant cocktail

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 15 ml Cointreau or other orange liquor
  • 45 ml. grappa
  • 7 ml blackcurrant liqueur Creme de Cassis
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed juice half a lemon
  • Some sugar syrup
  • Ice
  • Orange peel for serving

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour all the ingredients into an ice shaker. Shake vigorously until completely cooled. Put ice in a tall glass or highball. Pour the cocktail on top. Remove the zest from the orange to make curl. Rub the rim of the glass, roll it and put it in the glass, to decorate.
