Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 bunch thyme
  • 1.5 tbsp. Sahara
  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Thyme sprigs and lemon slices, for garnish

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put thyme in a pan, add sugar and 1.5 tbsp. water. Cook at medium temperature, stirring, until sugar will dissolve. Chill, then strain the syrup into the filled ice jug. Stir in lemon juice and 2 tbsp. cold water. Serve lemonade with ice, sprigs of thyme and lemon slices.
