Recipe preparation:
- Put thyme in a pan, add sugar and 1.5 tbsp. water. Cook at medium temperature, stirring, until sugar will dissolve. Chill, then strain the syrup into the filled ice jug. Stir in lemon juice and 2 tbsp. cold water. Serve lemonade with ice, sprigs of thyme and lemon slices.
