Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 Art. mustard powder
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp. brine
- 1/4 Art. water
- 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 Art. mustard seed

Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl suitable for a microwave, mix mustard powder, brown sugar, salt, turmeric, paprika and garlic powder. In a separate container, mix brine, water and apple cider vinegar and leave. Put the mustard seeds in the mill for spices and chop for a minute at least periodically stopping by. When the seeds are chopped, immediately add mustard in a bowl with dry ingredients and pour in liquid. Whisk.
