The best mustard – a detailed recipe for cooking. friends: Photo The best mustardTime: 20 minutes The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/4 Art. mustard powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. brine
  • 1/4 Art. water
  • 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 Art. mustard seed

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl suitable for a microwave, mix mustard powder, brown sugar, salt, turmeric, paprika and garlic powder. In a separate container, mix brine, water and apple cider vinegar and leave. Put the mustard seeds in the mill for spices and chop for a minute at least periodically stopping by. When the seeds are chopped, immediately add mustard in a bowl with dry ingredients and pour in liquid. Whisk.
  2. Put the bowl in the microwave and heat at high power minute. Remove the mustard from the microwave and mash submersible blender a minute. Pour into a glass jar or container and let cool by covering. When the mustard has cooled, close and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Exit: 1/4 tbsp.
