Share with friends: Photo Thai Iced TeaTime: one 0 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 Used in recipes volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 5 tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 5 whole stars of star anise
  • 8 bags of black tea
  • 3/4 Art. concentrated milk
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Bring to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. water, sugar and star anise. Remove the pan from the heat and put the teaspoons sachets. Let the tea brew and cool to room temperature, about an hour.
  2. Throw star anise and tea bags and add concentrated milk. Pour into a large jug and refrigerate. less than an hour, or before serving. Pour tea into 4 cups with ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
