Teriyaki Chicken Rice and Spinach Salad

Despite its intricate name, this salad is prepared very quick and easy, especially if you already have boiled brown rice (you can use purchased frozen) and ready-made grilled chicken. Chicken meat is minced and mixed with fresh vegetables: spinach, sugar peas, sweet pepper, small cocktails tomatoes and herbs. The salad will give a unique Asian flavor dressing with teriyaki sauce mixed with peanut butter and nuts cashews will fill with their rich taste and pleasant texture. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. grilled chicken pieces (skinless)
  • 3 tbsp. l teriyaki sauce

  • 4 tbsp. spinach (approx. 55 gr.)
  • 220 gr peas in pods, crop pods and break in half
  • 1 striped orange bell pepper
  • 1 package 280 gr. yellow and / or red cocktail tomatoes, cut into 4 parts
  • 4 feathers of green onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 tbsp. salted roasted cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. boiled brown rice (thaw if frozen)

Recipe preparation:
