  1. Wash and clean tangerines, divide into slices.
  2. Three zest on a fine grater, mix with sugar and carefully grind. Let it brew for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Pour tangerine juice and mix until sugar dissolves. Next, add the egg and beat with a whisk.
  4. Put the resulting mixture on medium heat, in several stages add butter. Cook for 10-15 minutes stirring constantly.
  5. The cream should turn out like thick sour cream.
  6. Cool the cream and use as needed.
  7. If you soak a cake or creme cakes, it’s better apply cream at room temperature. And if you want to use cream with a confectionery syringe, then it needs to be cooled in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
