Cake

  • 2.5 tbsp. premium flour, and optionally for sprinkling of forms
  • 1 tbsp. l baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 165 gr. butter, room temperature
  • 1 and 1/3 Art. Sahara
  • 4 large egg yolks, room temperature (proteins use for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp. l vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/3 Art. whole milk

Icing and filling

  • 4 large egg whites, room temperature
  • 2/3 Art. Sahara
  • 1/3 Art. amber syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 220 gr plus 6 tbsp. l (90 gr.) Butter, cut pieces and soften a little
  • 1.5 tbsp. золотых M&M’s
  • 1 small pack of edible gold powder (you can buy in specialized stores or online)

Recipe preparation:
