Strawberry lemonade

Recipes use measuring containers. volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Striped zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 2 tbsp. chopped strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 10 large lemons)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare lemon syrup: pour into the pan 1.5 tbsp. water, add 1.5 tbsp. sugar and lemon zest. Put the pan on the stove and heat, stirring until sugar will dissolve. Cool the syrup to room temperature.
  2. Prepare a strawberry mixture: mix strawberries in a bowl and 1/2 tbsp. Sahara. Leave the mixture at room temperature until until sugar dissolves, approximately 45 min.
  3. Prepare lemonade: mix in a large jug of lemon juice, lemon syrup, salt and 2 tbsp. cold water. Fill the glasses ice, pour lemonade in them and add the strawberry mixture.
