  1. It is better to choose smaller berries for jam, it will be more convenient then eat it so that a full berry gets on a spoon. Berries rinse, clean from green tails. Put on a napkin, give dry out.
  2. Fill the berries with sugar, leave for a day, so that the berries give the juice.
  3. Put the berries on the fire, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook another 5 minutes. Turn off the stove, leave the jam to cool and insist another day.
  4. Repeat cooking in the same sequence – bring to boil, reduce heat, cook for 5 minutes, remove the foam.
  5. Pour jam immediately into sterilized jars and close.
