Difficulty: easy Servings: 2 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. l unsweetened coconut
- 1 tbsp. l unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp green tea
- 2 tbsp. l crushed dark chocolate
- 4 small strawberries
- 4 large blueberries
- 2 tbsp. frozen tropical fruit mix (mango, papaya, guava with strawberries)
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. chilled coconut milk
- 1 – 2 tsp honey

Recipe preparation:
- Combine coconut, pistachios and tea in a small bowl. Melt chocolate in the microwave, heating at intervals of 30 seconds, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool slightly, then put in small plastic bag and cut one corner.
- Make ladybugs out of strawberries: peel strawberries, then cut a slice on one side of two berries, for stability. Draw a line down the center of each melted strawberry chocolate and add points on either side of the line. Put some chocolate in the recesses of each strawberry and stick blueberries.
- Grind strawberries, frozen fruit mix in a blender, banana, coconut milk and honey. Divide between two bowls. Garnish a smoothie with coconut and strawberry ladybugs. in milk with strawberries, banana and peach.
