Stick cheesecake

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 left cheesecake 23 cm in diameter, frozen
  • 250 gr chocolate icing in granules (read an article about chocolate)
  • 1.5 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Art. shredded chocolate peanut butter candies glaze
  • 1/4 Art. crushed chocolates in icing (например, M&M’s)
  • 1/4 Art. chopped salted peanuts
  • 1/4 Art. shredded toffee candy
  • Special accessories: candy sticks

Recipe preparation:

  1. Use a small noisette or round tablespoon, to form balls of cheesecake residues. After you take the portion, roll it in your hands to make the form even more spherical. Place on a parchment covered baking sheet paper, and insert on the top of each ball on a stick for lollipops, then press around the base so that it is well to fix. Put in the freezer for 1 hour.
  2. Build a steam bath. Bring the water in the middle stewpan to slow boil. Place a small bowl on top, making sure that its bottom does not touch boiling water. Pour chocolate granules into it glaze and mix until they melt and form homogeneous mass. Stir in vegetable oil until smooth texture.
  3. Quickly dip the cheesecake balls into the melted chocolate and rotate them to completely cover. For applying glaze you may need a knife. Sprinkle balls until chocolate is dry. from a cheesecake of crushed sweets of your choice, toffee or peanuts and return them to a baking sheet. Refrigerate for cure for about 5 minutes.
