Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 red onion heads, cut into half rings
- 4 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1/4 Art. and 1 tbsp. l chopped dill
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 2 pcs. pitas or pita bread
- 2 tbsp. cherry tomatoes
- 6 tbsp. young spinach
- 1/4 cucumber, cut into slices
- 1/4 Art. olives
- 1 lemon juice

Recipe preparation:
- Soak red onions in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Mix in a bowl 2 tbsp. l olive oil, 1 tbsp. l chopped dill, salt and pepper. Grate the bread with a piece of seasoned butter, then mix the remaining oil with cherry tomatoes. Toast bread in a preheated grill – pan, until characteristic marks appear from the grill, then tear the bread into pieces. Then fry on the same pan of cherry tomatoes.
- Mix bread, tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers in a large salad bowl, black olives, red onions. Add 2 tbsp. l olive oil, lemon juice and remaining dill. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
