  • 550 gr lean ground beef
  • 1/4 Art. chopped red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic, grate finely
  • 1.5 tsp red or yellow curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 4 hamburger buns, cut in half and fry
  • Potato chips, served (optional)
  • Pickled okra or other pickled vegetables to serve (optional)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix in a bowl chopped cucumber, yogurt, cilantro, 1/2 tsp. salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, powder in a separate bowl curry, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Form from minced meat four round patties with a diameter of 10 cm and a thickness of 1.5 cm.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet. Put cutlets in a pan and fry on both sides, until full readiness.
