- 1/2 lime juice
- 3 tbsp. l chopped red onion
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 avocados, cut in half, remove seeds and take out flesh
- 1/2 tbsp. diced hikama
- Nachos corn chips, for serving

Recipe preparation:
- In a small frying pan, heat the vegetable oil to moderately high temperature. Add chili peppers and fry with all sides for 5 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface peppers. Cool, then cut the stems, remove the seeds and finely chop the flesh.
- Mix chopped chili peppers in a bowl with mango, cilantro, juice lime and red onion. Salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mash avocado pulp. Stir pepper mixture and hikama. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve sauce guacamole with corn chips.
