Dried apple chips are combined with cinnamon in this spice mix.
Apple notes and warm aromas of spices used in this dry marinade give it a pleasant lightness. Rub the marinade pork tenderloin, chicken or turkey to preserve the juiciness of meat and Smoke it on the grill. This amount of marinade is enough for rubbing a whole chicken, 6 large pork natural cutlets, 2 pork tenderloin or whole turkey breast.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 tbsp. chopped dried apples
- 1.5 tsp black pepper peas
- 1 tsp coriander seed
- 1/4 tsp whole pepper
- 1/4 Art. Sahara
- 2 tbsp. l coarse salt
- 1 tbsp. l sweet paprika
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe preparation:
- Use a spice mill to grind dried apples in powder. (A drier powder, better suited for rubbing meat, and will not gather in lumps.) Pour into a bowl.
- Grind pepper peas, coriander seeds and allspice and add it to apple powder.
- Add sugar, salt, paprika, ginger and cinnamon to the mixture. apple powder and mix well. If you do not use the mixture to rub immediately, store it in an airtight container in cool, dark place for up to 30 days.
