Recipe preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over high heat. Add spaghetti and fry, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Add carrots, garlic, cumin, cinnamon and half cilantro, and continue stir fry for about 1 minute. Pour in chicken stock and 1 glass of water, add chickpeas, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce the temperature, add chicken and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
