Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 120 gr. spaghetti, short break along the entire length
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chop
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 Art. chopped cilantro
  • 4 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
  • 1 can (450 g) canned chickpeas, drain the water and Rinse
  • 1 can (450 gr.) Canned tomatoes, chopped cubes
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • 2 fillets (450 g each) of chicken breast, thinly cut sliced

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over high heat. Add spaghetti and fry, stirring, for about 2 minutes. Add carrots, garlic, cumin, cinnamon and half cilantro, and continue stir fry for about 1 minute. Pour in chicken stock and 1 glass of water, add chickpeas, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce the temperature, add chicken and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Pour chicken soup with chickpeas, garlic, carrots and spaghetti into serving plates and sprinkle with the remaining cilantro.
