Wing brine
- 2.3 kg chicken wings, cut along the joint, the ends of the wings throw away
- 1/4 Art. salt
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- 4 cloves of garlic, peel and crush with a knife
- 2.5 cm. A piece of ginger, peel, finely chop and beat
Red chili and dates in a quick marinade
- 0.5 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 Art. Sahara
- 1 tbsp. l soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. (about 10 pcs.) dates, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and finely cut into cubes
- 4-5 pen green onions, finely chopped at an angle
- 1 chilli fresno pepper, cut in half and cut thin sliced
- Oil, for grill
- 3 tbsp. l smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp. l dark sesame oil
- 1/4 Art. chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/4 Art. chopped mint leaves

Recipe preparation:
- First, prepare the brine: mix in a large bowl 6 tbsp. water, salt, honey, garlic and ginger. Stir until dissolved salt and add chicken wings. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Prepare a quick marinade for vegetables: in a large bowl mix rice wine vinegar, sugar and soy sauce. Good stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Add dates to the mixture. chives and chili. Set aside until the wings are ready. When the wings are salted, drain the brine and leave them to dry on a kitchen towel.
- Light the street grill and wipe the grate with paper towels soaked in oil. This will not only clean grill, but also create a non-stick surface. Sprinkle wings salt and pepper and mix gently in a mixture of smoked paprika and sesame oil. Put the wings on the grill and cook for 17-20 minutes turning on the other side in the middle of cooking, so they will be fried on all sides and baked inside.
