Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr large shrimp (about 40 pcs.), peel and remove intestinal vein, remove ponytails
- 1 tbsp. salad dressing with garlic
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- Rapeseed oil, for grilling
- 150 gr. arugula
- 2 tomato cream, cut into cubes
- 1 lemon, cut into slices
- Special equipment: 20 bamboo skewers cm – 25 cm, soak in water for 30 minutes.

Recipe preparation:
- String the shrimp on skewers in two places – around the neck and in tail area. If we compare the shape of the shrimp with the letter “C”, then skewers should pass through the upper and lower part of “C”. On one 5 shrimps should be placed on a skewer. Put the kebabs in the mold for baking (23 cm * 33 cm), lightly salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the garlic dressing, lemon juice and Italian seasoning. Pour about 3 tbsp. l the resulting mixture. Pour the shrimp with the rest of the dressing and brush evenly cover the shrimp. Refrigerate for 5 minutes, or up to 30 min
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to moderate fire.
- Wipe the grill rack with a paper towel soaked in oil. Put the shrimp skewers on the wire rack and close the grill. Fry until the prawns become opaque and bake inside, about 3 min each from each side.
- While the prawns are grilled, mix in a large cup arugula and tomatoes. Pour over the left dressing, season with salt and pepper and mix to combine all the ingredients. Lay out on 4 plates. On each plate put 2 skewers with shrimp. Serve with a slice of lemon.
