Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Six bottles (330 ml each) of chilled dark beer, such like Negra Modelo
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper peas
  • 12 cloves
  • One slice (15 cm.) Of ginger, cut into thin slices (about 1.5 tbsp.)
  • 6 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice
  • 6 tbsp. l dark rum
  • Lime wedges for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 2 tbsp. water with sugar, black pepper, allspice and ginger. While stirring, bring to a boil. Simmer until mixture slightly masters, about 25 minutes. Remove from heat, refrigerate and then strain. You will succeed about 1 and 1/4 tbsp. syrup.
  2. Combine ginger syrup and lime juice. Fill the big beer halls half ice glasses and add from 2 to 4 tbsp. l ginger syrup, to your taste. Pour a bottle of beer into the glasses, and then slowly pour a tablespoon of dark rum so that it floats on surface. Garnish each cocktail with a wedge of lime.
