Share with друзьями: Seasoning Photo Time:- Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 small fresh chilli
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 3 tsp Sahara
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 2 tbsp. l Vietnamese anchovy fish sauce (nami moms)
  • 3 tbsp. l water

Recipes with similar ingredients: chili pepper, fish sauce, lime juice, garlic

Recipe preparation:

  1. Remove the stalk from the pepper. Cut it in half, remove and throw away the seeds and septa. Finely chop the pepper. In a mortar mix chopped chili peppers, garlic and sugar. Mash the mixture until receiving pasta. Cut off the zest and white pulp from the lime and discard. Add lime to the chili mix. Mash well. Add fish sauce and water. Mix well. Serve as seasoning instead of salt and pepper. Yield: 1/3 tbsp.
