  • 2 tsp whole cloves
  • 2 tsp dill seed
  • 2 tsp juniper berries
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 bay leaf, crumble
  • 1 cinnamon stick, break into small pieces
  • Crushed nutmeg (optional)

Recipe:
