Seasoning for beef and pork – a detailed recipe cooking. Time: 5 мин. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 Art. seasoning with chili pepper ancho
- 2 tbsp. l ground coriander
- 2 tbsp. l mustard powder
- 2 tbsp. l paprika
- 2 tbsp. l black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l salt
- 1 tbsp. l cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. l ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. l dried oregano
Recipe:
In a bowl, mix the anchovy, coriander, mustard, paprika, pepper, salt, cumin and oregano until smooth. Keep seasoning in a cool, dark place, tightly closed, up to 6 months. Exit: 1.5 tbsp.
