Since sea buckthorn is a seasonal berry, this delicious lemonade especially relevant in autumn and winter. In the cold season, you can cook at home and eat hot. Drink this elixir health at the first symptoms of a cold – and all viruses and germs in horror will flee from you, and you will again be vigorous and full of strength.

- Grate fresh ginger on a grater.
- We press the berries of sea buckthorn manually. If possible, it’s better immediately use a blender and grind sea buckthorn, ginger in it and basil leaves.
- Squeeze lemon juice and add it to Sea-buckthorn-ginger-basil puree. We rub the lemon on a grater and also add to the mashed potatoes.
- Pour sugar into the mixture, mix to sugar dissolved. We put on the fire and bring to a boil.
- Pour in water and once again wait until the mixture boils. Then remove from heat, let the liquid brew for 2 hours and filter ready lemonade.
