- 1/4 Art. mixtures of tomato juice and Klamath clam (Clamato juice)
- 1/4 Art. ketchup
- 1/4 Art. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp finely chopped chili peppers, seedless
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- Salt cracker or tortilla chips, for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Boil scallops and shrimp in salted water in within 2 minutes Then refrigerate in the freezer for 30 min
- Mix red onion, klamatho juice, ketchup, juice in a large bowl lime, cilantro, chili pepper and hot sauce. Add salt and pepper to to taste.
