Saydkar cocktail with dried cherry

A recipe for a Sidecar cocktail made with a shaker. Two parts of cognac mixed with one part of Grand Marnier liquor, one part of lemon juice, and ice. Glasses decorated with a rim of sugar, and garnished with dried cherries, which were previously soaked cognac. 18 + Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health! Difficulty: easy Servings: 2 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 85 gr. Grand Marnier liquor
  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • 1/4 Art. dried cherries
  • Juice of 1 lemon for dipping glasses
  • 170 gr good brandy (aged not less than 2 years, but not more than 4 years)
  • 85 gr. freshly squeezed lemon juice (2limons)
  • Ice

Recipe preparation:

  1. In order to cover the rim of the glass with sugar, pour juice 1 lemon in a shallow bowl and pour sugar on a saucer. Immerse rims of 2 glasses first in lemon juice and then in sugar. Leave me alone to the side so that they dry out.
  2. In a small container, fill in dried cherry 60 gr. cognac and microwave in for 60 seconds. Leave in side.
  3. Mix 85 gr. lemon juice and the remaining 110 gr. cognac Grand Marnier liquor and 1 tsp. fluid after soaking cherries. Fill the shaker with ice for three quarters and pour prepared mix for a cocktail. Mix the mixture for 30 sec (this is longer than you think) and pour it into prepared either go to the top or leave room for ice.
  4. Put 3-4 soaked cherries on small skewers and decorate them glasses with cocktails.
