  1. Cut out cores from apples, after washing them and peeling them from the peel.
  2. Cut apples into thin slices and place in a bowl slow cookers, fill apples with water.
  3. Put the slow cooker on the “Extinguishing” program, for 60 minutes.
  4. After waiting for the right time, remove the apples from the slow cooker and give them cool slightly. Rub through a sieve, mix with sugar, again shift to a slow cooker.
  5. Turn on the Extinguishing program, now for 10 minutes.
  6. Sterilize jars, put mashed potatoes in them. Roll up the cans metal lids, pre-boiling them.
