Difficulty: easy Servings: 12 – 14 Recipes used volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. sliced fruit (any combination of oranges, lemons, apples, peaches and plums)
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1/2 tbsp. brandy
  • 2 bottles of red wine (better than Burgundy)
  • Ice

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put fruit and sugar in a 2 – 3 liter jug. Add brandy and mix. Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours. Add wine and mix. Serve with ice.
