Share with друзьями: Photo Sangria Time: 10min Difficulty: easy Servings: 10 – 12 Recipes used volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 bottles (750 ml.) Of white Spanish wine, such as Albarino (Galatia), Viura (Rioja), Verdejo (Rueda) or Sauvignon blanc
  • 1/2 tbsp. spanish brandy
  • 1/4 Art. spanish orange liquor
  • Juice 1 Orange
  • 1/2 tbsp. ultrafine sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cut in half and sliced in thin slices orange
  • 1/2 cut in half and sliced in thin slices lemon
  • 1/2 sliced thin slices of plum (pre-seed delete)
  • 1/2 peach thinly sliced (seed pre-delete)
  • 1 bottle (300 ml.) Chilled sparkling water

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large jug, mix wine, brandy, orange liquor and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add fruit and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours
  2. Add sparkling water and serve sangria in large glasses for wine. Optionally, you can add ice.
