Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 bottles (750 ml.) Of white Spanish wine, such as Albarino (Galatia), Viura (Rioja), Verdejo (Rueda) or Sauvignon blanc
- 1/2 tbsp. spanish brandy
- 1/4 Art. spanish orange liquor
- Juice 1 Orange
- 1/2 tbsp. ultrafine sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cut in half and sliced in thin slices orange
- 1/2 cut in half and sliced in thin slices lemon
- 1/2 sliced thin slices of plum (pre-seed delete)
- 1/2 peach thinly sliced (seed pre-delete)
- 1 bottle (300 ml.) Chilled sparkling water

Recipe preparation:
- In a large jug, mix wine, brandy, orange liquor and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add fruit and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours
- Add sparkling water and serve sangria in large glasses for wine. Optionally, you can add ice.
