Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 stalks of green onions, finely chopped
- 1st lime juice
- 1 small head of red onion, cut into small pieces cubes
- 1 pineapple, slice and grill or fry until soft, then cut into cubes
- 1/2 or 1 habanero chilli, finely chopped
- Some canola oil
- Corn tortilla or banana chips, for serving
