- 2 bundles of watercress

Recipe preparation:
- Cook shallots: fry in olive oil with medium temperature shallots with 1/2 tsp. stirring occasionally until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Remove from the stove.
- Meanwhile, prepare a dressing: mix in separate bowl of apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard, add sour cream and 1/4 Art. boiled water, mix until smooth. Add chilled shallots.
- Cut the apples into thin slices, place in a salad bowl, and mix with lemon juice. Add ham, watercress, endive and mix onion dressing. Season with salt to taste and freshly ground pepper, shake.
