  • Pinch of flakes
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1/3 Art. pikillo peppers
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fry saffron and pepper flakes in a pan with olive oil for 1 min. at medium temperature. Add peppers piquillo and continue cooking, another 3 min.
  2. Transfer vegetables to a blender, add lemon juice, chop to the state of mashed potatoes. Add salt to taste.
