- 340 gr thin slices of roast beef, fried “with blood”
- 450 gr finger potatoes, cut tubers lengthwise in half
- 1 tbsp. crumbled gorgonzola dolce (100 gr.)
- 3 tbsp. l grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp. l Greek yogurt with a fat content of 2%
- 1 clove of garlic
- 250 gr mix lettuce (8 tbsp.)
- 1/4 Art. canned peppaduys, dried and coarse chopped
- 2 tbsp. l coarsely chopped fresh parsley

Recipe preparation:
- Put potatoes in a medium-sized pot with cold salted water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook to softness when piercing with a fork, about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse the potatoes under cold water; shift to large a bowl.
- In a blender or food processor, beat in pulsed mode 0.5 tbsp. gorgonzola, parmesan, yogurt, garlic and 1/4 tbsp. water up obtaining a homogeneous mass; salt and pepper to taste. Add half a potato dressing with lettuce, pickled peppers and parsley; mix.
