Rice Orchata Drink – A Detailed recipe cooking.   • 1 tbsp. rice rinse
  • 1 cinnamon stick, break into pieces
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place rice, cinnamon tube in a blender, pour 4 tbsp. water and coarsely grind. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and add 4 more Art. water. Leave the mixture to soak at room temperature in within 3 hours
  2. At the end of time, transfer the rice mixture to a blender and mix until smooth. Then strain the mixture through cheesecloth in a jug. Stir in sugar and cool.
  3. Before serving, mix the drink and pour into glasses, filled with ice. Garnish the drink with cinnamon sticks and sprinkle ground cinnamon.
