- 4 – 6 fresh mint leaves
- 2 sheets of fresh basil
- 5 mustard seeds
- 1 lime sliced, parsley and mint leaves, for side dish

Recipe preparation:
- Mix lime juice and 3 tbsp in a large jug. cold water.
- Place parsley, mint, basil, mustard seeds and 1 in a blender 1 Art. water. Stir until smooth.
