  • 2 bottles of chilled dry red wine (Spanish wine Rioja Province)
  • 1 tbsp. brandy
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/4 Art. very fine granulated sugar
  • 2 sliced thin slices of orange
  • 2 sliced thin slices of Meyer lemon (small and less acidic lemon)
  • 3 sliced thin slices of lime
  • 2 peeled and cut into pieces 1 cm. apples
  • 2 tbsp. sparkling water

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large pan or bowl, mix wine, brandy, orange juice and sugar and mix until sugar will dissolve. Add slices of orange, lemon and lime, slices apples and refrigerate until the drink cools well, for about an hour. Remove from the refrigerator and add sparkling water. Serve in glasses with ice.
