- Jam is best cooked in an enameled pan or in a basin of of stainless steel. I wash the container thoroughly with soda, dry.
- Wash the berries and transfer to the container. We fill them with sugar and leave for 3-3.5 hours at room temperature, stirring every 30 min.
- Leave for another 4-5 hours, put on low heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn off the stove and leave jam for 5-6 hours. Repeat 3 times in the same sequence.
- We pour hot jam into sterilized jars and roll up.
